A wonderful vacation in the village center of Giethoorn..  An unique holiday destination in the Netherlands!
In the village center of one of Holland’s most unique villages, you will find holiday park Giethoorn. The park is located at the shore of lake het Bovenwijde and is the perfect place to go for a swim or to participate in several watersports. In the restaurant you can grab a bite or have a drink on the cosy patio and with nature reserve de Weerribben within reach you will never get bored!

The venice of the North
On the holiday park is a wide range of luxury holiday homes, all located on three peninsulas at the shore of lake Bovenwijde. With the characteristic bridges and canals the park is a small water village itself. The spacious holiday homes are suitable for 2, 4,  6 or 12 persons and fully equipped with every luxury you’ll need during your vacation. What about multiple bathrooms, a modern kitchen and a stunning nautic or modern design? But what is it that makes our holiday park unique? During a stay between the 1th of April and the 31th of October an electric boat is included!

In summer there is plenty to do at the holiday park! In summer Giethoorn can be very crowded, due to a lot of tourist, but you won’t even notice them when staying at Holiday park Giethoorn. You’ll experience a peaceful and quiet holiday with your children or partner. The summer is a good time of the year to venture out with the boat, which is included during your stay. Go on a wonderful boattrip on lake Bovenwijde, visit the small ‘island’ in the center of the lake or go fishing!
